Training on ‘’LAW ON THE GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE’’ for all 28 state inspectorates

In period between January – March 2018, 13 one-day-trainings were held on the implementation of the new Law on the General Administrative Procedure. These trainings were realized together with the Ministry of Information Society and Administration and the Inspection Council. All inspectors gravitating in Stip and Bitola regions were invited to the trainings, and 431 inspectors – 90%, participated at the trainings.

The entire course of the training was realized interactively, with the direct involvement of the present inspectors in terms of presenting their conclusions and opinions regarding certain legal solutions, as well as asking questions throughout the course of the training, for all practical problems with who are facing surveillance. During the training, the inspectors had a huge number of issues, most of which were related to the LGAP, but there was a huge interest in the new Law on Inspection Supervision.
