TRAINING OF TRAINERS (TOT) – Skills for Organizing and Conducting Training for Inspectors

On the joint initiative and contributing to the Journey to Self-Reliance, MIA project and Inspection Council organized two-day training to prepare a group of 15 inspectors to be next trainers for their colleagues. The training took place on November 29th and 30th in Hotel Gardenia – Vales.

The concept of ToT, was used as most appropriate model for preparing the group of trainers. Under the supervision of experienced trainers Mr. Risto Ivanov and Margarita Ivanova, around 14 inspectors passed the two days, lectures, exercises and exams for trainers.
