Ms. Pecakova is a young, well-organized and ambitious person. She joined the IDEAS DePo team in May, 2022 and  gained her first experience in NGO. She is engaged in many program activities and daily office operations in IDEAS DePo. Her work includes communication and PR, assisting in scheduling meetings, managing social media and website, conducting research and organization of events.

She started on the USAID Civic Engagement Project, within the activity Reforms in Inspections System in North Macedonia. She is a creative employee with strong ability to communicate activities and desire for teamwork.
