Emir Redjepagic is an experienced project manager currently enrolled in the USAID/North Macedonia Strengthening Resource Mobilization Activity (SRMA) project. This project aims to enhance local governments’ financial resources and execution rates while supporting fiscal decentralization in line with the Government of North Macedonia’s regulations. IDEAS DEPO in collaboration and partnership with DT Global, as a major subcontractor throughout the activity, is leading the implementation of Objective 4 “Decentralization Process Enhanced”, supporting the MEL activity and reporting, and providing capacity building and strategic communication support across all objectives of the SRMA project.
Additionally, Emir has a strong background in renewable energy and sustainable development, and has demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-impact projects. Emir has the experience in overseeing every phase of projects, from initiation through to completion, including defining project scope and objectives with a focus on sustainable practices, managing budgets, and providing high-level reports to maintain transparency and alignment with project goals. Through careful execution and control, efficiently manages processes specific to renewable energy initiatives, fostering open communication with stakeholders through regular meetings and proactively handling any necessary adjustments, ensuring successful outcomes that advance both sustainability goals and stakeholder expectations
