In September 2020, a second 5 day-training cycle for inspectors – trainers was successfully held. The Training of trainers (ToT) is a program designed as a preparation for inspectors – trainers, that would ultimately conduct the trainings for inspectors, organized by the Inspection Council of Republic of North Macedonia (IC), within the IC’s Training Center.

In addition to the 12 already active and experienced inspectors – trainers, 13 new inspectors took a part in this ToT program. The training cycle was held through an online platform and included training delivery tools, training skills building, setting training standards, as well as individual tasks for the participants.

This training cycle for the ToT program was organized by IDEAS DePo in conjunction with the Inspection Council, as a part of a wider program of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development – within the EBRD Project to support the improvement of the efficiency of Inspection Authorities.

This cycle of ToT, was highly evaluated by the trainees-inspectors.
