In collaboration with USAID Project for Better Business Regulation implemented by Epicenter – for the first time online training needs questionnaire has been conducted for all 28 state inspectorates in the country.

Training Needs Assessment (TNA) was conducted for the inspectors employed in the state inspectorates.  The TNA represented a systematic approach to determine the knowledge and skills of a specifics target group – inspectors working in a diverse areas.

The TNA – provided information on:

  • The existing training programs in the inspectorates;
  • Annual training plans for inspectors, as well as
  • Recommendations for the methodology for self- assessment of training needs.

After completion of the TNA analysis, our team conducted a consultation process with all relevant institutions, such as: Inspection Council, State Labor Inspectorate, State Administrative Inspectorate, and State Market Inspectorate. The response rate was 57%, which for the purpose of the analysis is above the expected and satisfactory level.

Following TNA’s were completed and reports were created accordingly:

  • Training Needs Assessment for the General Mater Laws for all 900 inspectors
  • Training Needs Assessment for the Specific Mater Laws for State Labor Inspectorate
  • Training Needs Assessment for the Specific Mater Laws for State Market Inspectorate
