During the period January – March 2019, twenty-eight (28) trainings were held that contributed to the capacity building in the Inspection authorities and Inspectors. Target group were inspectors from 28 inspectorates under the system of the Inspection Council. Total invited were 885 inspectors and attended 785 inspectors or 90% of the total number.

General objective of the organized trainings was Introduction of a system of continuous training of inspectors by building internal capacities (trainers’ inspectors) and standardizing / unifying the process of performing the inspection. With the organization of these trainings, the intention was to increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of inspectors through the development of personal / soft skills as well as harmonization of the methodology for inspection supervision. The participants through the presentation and exercises were given knowledge and techniques for personal skills development which would lead to more efficient communication and increased confidence in the achievement of results. At the end of the training, the entire training was summarized in terms of achieving the objectives of the inspection through the four pillars of effective inspection supervision: (a) a clear and applicable law regulation; (b) standardized and unified process of inspection supervision; (c) the capabilities and skills of the inspector; (d) capacity building for an effective and unified inspection supervision.
