Training for “LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS”
Training for the State Labor Inspectorate, held in Hotel ‘’Millenium’’ – Ohrid on 5-6 December 2018. This training was attended by managers and head positions from the State Labor Inspectorate. The number of participants was 20.
The main goal of the training was to build the capacities of the people with managerial functions and to provide practical examples as the leaders should deal with the challenges in the work environments.
