Training for “COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND EFFECTIVE TEAMS”
Training organized for the State Market Inspectorate (SMI) on December 4th in hotel Alkaloid – Dojran. Important to note is the contribution part from SMI which were actively involved in providing hotel accommodation, refreshments, lunches and transportation costs for this training, on the other hand USAID/ MIA project contributed with the trainers’ time and expertise in the training.
A total of 40 inspectors from the Market Inspectorate participated at the training. The main goal was to improve formal and informal communication among inspectors through practical examples and practices. Through interactive lectures and excesses, the SMI inspectors, discussed and revised their communication skills through the process of implementation of inspection supervision. The participants demonstrated high level of interest and commitment.
